Stenographer Grade-III	09	A degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University with minimum speed of 80 W.P.M in English Shorthand and 20 W.P.M in the transcription of the same and having proficiency in or as to operate computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheet) and he/she should have passed the matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of tire subject. Driver	02	i) Middle Pass with Punjabi/Hindi as one of the subjects. ii) He/ she should possess a valid license for L.T.V. iii) He/ She has not been convicted of any offence for negligent driving. iv) He/ she should have a minimum of two years experience of driving the car.
