Arunachal Pradesh Police Constable Eligibility Details are given below….
Age Limit: The age of candidates should be between 17 to 21 years. Relaxation of the upper age limit for APST & SC/ST candidates is given up to a maximum of 5 years.
Educational Qualification: Minimum educational qualification required for APST candidates & APST Ex-Servicemen is Class VIII passed & for general candidates is Class-X passed from recognized government institution.

Eligibility Conditions for Ex-Servicemen:
i. Previous Service: Ex-servicemen (APST candidates only) who have completed their service tenure in Army/Assam Rifies/ITBP/BSF/CRPF with satisfactory record of service and those who have retired voluntarily from service with full benefits will be only eligible.
ii. Age: Age concession for Ex-serviceman will be allowed in accordance with the orders issued by the Govt. from time to time and they will be allowed to deduct military service from their actual age and such resultant age should not exceed the prescribed age limit by more than 3 years.
iii. Others: The other conditions and criteria viz., physical measurement, education qualification, written test and viva-voce etc., shall be same as in the case of APST fresh candidates.
