APPSC Group 3 Exam Eligibility:
Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission’s (APPSC) Group-3 (Panchayat Secretary) Exam eligibility details are given below…
1. Nationality: A candidate must be an Indian citizen.
2. Age Limit: Candidates age should be in between 18 – 42 years as on 01-07-2018.
Note: No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment if he/she is less than 18 years of age and if he/ she is more than 42 years of age as on 01-07-2018.
The Candidates Upper Age Limit Relaxations Given Below:

Explanation:
Provided that the persons referred to at Sl. Nos.3 & 4 above shall, after making the deductions referred to in sub Rule 12 (c) (i) & (ii) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules not exceed the Maximum age limit prescribed for the post. The age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen is applicable for those who have been released from Armed Forces other than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess the qualifications as detailed below or equivalent thereto, as per the specifications in the relevant service rules and as per the indent received from the Department as on the date of notification.
